These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the takebat platform. By creating an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the takebat platform — including its website, mobile interface, and any associated services — you ("the Player" or "you") acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and agree to be legally bound by them in their entirety.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and takebat with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the takebat platform, close any existing account, and not attempt to register a new account. Access to and use of the platform is conditional on your ongoing acceptance of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. takebat reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
takebat also operates under a set of supplementary policies — including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy — which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept those supplementary policies.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register and maintain an account on takebat , you must satisfy ALL of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute minimum requirement with no exceptions.
- You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
- You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction, or self-exclusion arrangement that prohibits your participation in online gaming.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your location.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of takebat, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
Strict 18+ Policy: takebat operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gaming platforms.
takebat reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any account activity that raises an eligibility concern. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.
By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria. Providing false information regarding your age or identity is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure without refund of any deposited funds.
3. Account Registration & Security
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on takebat at any given time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. takebat employs technical and manual procedures to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed with balances forfeited.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and any other fields designated as mandatory in the registration form. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
Account security is a shared responsibility between you and takebat. Your obligations regarding account security include:
- Choosing a strong, unique password for your takebat account that is not used on any other platform.
- Never disclosing your username, password, or security credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
- Logging out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
- Notifying takebat support immediately at support@takebat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
takebat will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately. takebat applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all account data and transactions.
takebat accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the breach occurred due to the player's failure to maintain adequate account security. However, if you notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access, we will work with you to investigate and, where appropriate, take protective action on your account.
Accounts may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate closure of that account and any associated accounts.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
takebat supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of local Bangladeshi payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, and Tap, as well as international card methods including Visa and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary over time and will be displayed within your account cashier at the time of transaction.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for all supported mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Deposits are typically credited to your takebat account balance within seconds of successful payment confirmation. In rare cases involving payment provider delays, crediting may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit is not reflected after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit on the same account, subject to successful identity verification. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
Withdrawal processing times are as follows:
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically within 1–4 hours during business hours (09:00–22:00 BST).
- SureCash / Tap: Typically within 4–12 hours.
- Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days, subject to card issuer processing times.
Verification Requirement: Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory identity verification (KYC). Players are encouraged to complete identity verification proactively within their account settings to avoid delays when withdrawing funds. Verification documents include a valid NID, passport, or birth certificate.
All funds deposited to takebat are held for the purpose of gaming on the platform. takebat maintains player funds in accounts separate from operational funds. However, takebat does not pay interest on player balances held on the platform.
Any attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute a deposit transaction via your payment provider — other than in cases of genuine unauthorised use — constitutes a breach of these Terms. takebat reserves the right to suspend accounts where chargebacks are attempted and to recover any funds paid out against subsequently reversed deposits.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
takebat offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be stated clearly in the promotion details at the time the bonus is offered. Players are advised to read promotion-specific terms carefully before claiming any bonus.
General bonus terms that apply across all takebat promotions unless stated otherwise:
- Bonuses are available to players who have completed identity verification and met the minimum deposit threshold specified in the promotion.
- Unless explicitly stated as a no-wagering bonus, all bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made from the resulting balance.
- Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
- Bonuses may not be used in combination with one another unless the promotion explicitly states that stacking is permitted.
- takebat reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
- Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus exploitation — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for suspension.
Specific promotions timed to Bangladesh cultural events — including Eid celebrations, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season launches, and the T20 World Cup — will carry their own individual terms published on the promotion page at the time the offer is active. Free spins, free bets, and tournament entry credits are considered promotional bonuses and are subject to the same general terms above unless otherwise specified. Prizes and winnings from free spin or free bet allocations may be subject to a maximum cashout cap as stated in the individual promotion terms.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on takebat are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring that all bet details — including stake, selection, and market — are correct before confirming. takebat will not cancel or amend bets based on player error after confirmation has been received.
takebat operates sports betting markets and casino games through partnerships with certified third-party providers. Game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generation (RNG) systems for casino games, and by actual sporting event results for sportsbook markets. takebat does not interfere with, manipulate, or influence any game or sporting outcome.
Cricket and Sportsbook betting rules:
- All cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent).
- In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or no-result verdict, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the specific market terms state otherwise.
- Live in-play bets are accepted subject to platform availability and connectivity. takebat accepts no responsibility for bets that were not accepted due to technical issues during live play.
- Minimum and maximum stake limits per market will be displayed within the relevant betting interface and may vary by sport, competition, and market type.
Casino and live casino rules:
- All casino game outcomes are produced by the game software operated by the respective certified provider (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, or Ezugi). takebat is not responsible for software errors occurring within third-party game platforms, but will work with the relevant provider to investigate and resolve any verified malfunction.
- In the event of a verified game malfunction, bets affected by the malfunction will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the takebat platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
- Fraudulent deposits: Depositing funds using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
- Identity fraud: Registering an account using false identity information, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment methods without authorisation.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players in any game format to gain an unfair advantage — including chip dumping in poker or Rummy formats, or coordinated betting to exploit sportsbook margins.
- Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or any strategy designed to extract bonus value while circumventing wagering requirements.
- Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
- Arbitrage and matched betting at scale: Systematically placing offsetting bets across markets with the primary intention of extracting guaranteed profit regardless of outcome, where this activity is determined to be exploitative of platform pricing errors.
- Money laundering: Using the takebat platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to layer, place, or integrate illicit funds through gaming activity.
- Interference with platform systems: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the technical systems, databases, or security infrastructure of takebat.
takebat employs real-time transaction monitoring, behavioural analysis, and manual review procedures to detect fraudulent and prohibited activity. Suspicious activity will be investigated thoroughly, and accounts under investigation may be temporarily restricted pending the outcome of the review.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
takebat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- Detection of duplicate or linked accounts.
- Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18.
- Request by the account holder under the self-exclusion programme.
- Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
Where an account is suspended for investigation, any balance held in the account will be frozen pending the outcome. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be released and access restored. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the violation.
Voluntary account closure: You may request the closure of your takebat account at any time by contacting support at support@takebat. Any genuine, unencumbered balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.
Players who wish to close their accounts for responsible gaming reasons — rather than simply choosing to stop playing — are encouraged to use the self-exclusion facility rather than standard account closure.
